Supported Employment
Employment DIY - providing individualised support to persons with IDs to obtain and retain jobs in the open labour market using international protocols and local legislation that give everyone the right to work. This supported employment initiative is the first of its kind in Zambia and goes simply beyond service delivery; we are also working to form linkages with policy and lawmakers to start to create change at an institutional level towards an inclusive and access Zambian labour market

Awareness Raising
The Foundation is currently undertaking a number of targeted communication activities with the goal of improving social inclusion of persons with IDs by challenging and improving societal perceptions. Key activities include the World Down Syndrome Day commemorations and the hosting of the Kopa Film Festival, the first intellectual disability film festival Zambia
